Enjoy a Highland Breakfast

We promote locally sourced food and seasonal fruit and are very pleased to be able to offer the finest produce from many local producers The sausages, black pudding and haggis are made by our award winning local butcher in Dingwall, from locally farmed meat. Our free range eggs and smoked back bacon is sourced from The Larder in Alness.

Scottish Rowan Glen Yogurts and as we are always sourcing new products we have recently introduced Mrs. Bridges Scottish preserves.
Our fresh cakes, biscuits and shortbreads are baked in the Cromarty Bakery on the Black Isle.

The bacon and award winning sausages, black pudding and haggis are cooked in the oven as we do not fry any of our cooked breakfasts. Even our ´fried´ eggs are prepared directly on the Aga hob using baco-glide so we do not need to use frying oil, providing a healthier tastier option.

There is a substantial cold buffet where you can help yourself to a selection of items:

  • Fruit juices.
  • Good selection of cereals.
  • Yogurts.
  • Freshly prepared fruit salad.
  • Cakes, shortbread or oatcakes.
  • Hot from the Kitchen:

  • Aga porridge made using a special blend of Scottish ingredients. Served just how you like it.
  • Or choose from a combination of oven cooked: Bacon, sausages, tomatoes, black pudding or haggis accompanied with fried, scrambled or poached eggs.
  • Boiled eggs.
  • All served with toast and of course finest teas and coffee.
